Topics covered in the Dubai 2.5 week certification course include:

World Traveler Program (Session I Dubai) – October 28 – Nov 6, 2012 **Registration Close Date: September 5th, 2012**

In an effort to accommodate the jet-setting lifestyle of our world traveling student body, we have devised a dual-city training program suited to meet their needs known as “The World Traveler Program”.

The World Traveler Program TM is an intensive and accelerated 2.5-week image consultant training program that takes place in 2 cities designed to meet the global learning needs of working professionals and fashion savvy individuals worldwide.

Begin with Session I in Dubai and complete Session II in London or New York. A certificate will be granted upon successful completion of Session I and II within a one or two year timeframe, as your schedule permits.

In Session I of the Dubai World Traveler Program, you will learn the following:

  • The art and science behind an image consulting and personal styling business
  • The elements and principles of design as it pertains to image, fashion and style
  • Colour theory and how to evaluate an individual’s personal colouring
  • How to assess facial features, body silhouettes, body types, and body proportions to appropriately dress men and women
  • How to analyze men’s and women’s fashion styles, incorporate trends, and develop a client’s signature style for personal and professional occasions
  • How to conduct personal style evaluations for professionals to stay-at-home individuals
  • The principles behind makeup application and how to consult your clients on makeup
  • How to conduct a wardrobe and closet evaluation
  • The principles behind closet organization and clothing care

In Session II of the World Traveler Program TM in London or New York you will experience:

 3 Day Short Certification Course Dubai – October 31-Nov 2, 2012 **Registration Close Date: September 5th, 2012**

While this program is not designed as a substitution for enrolling into the 2.5 week or 4 week Certification Programs, all graduates will receive a Fashion Stylist and Personal Shopper Certificate upon successful completion of the course and will be well prepared to enter the fashion and styling industry.
