Max Mara first launched this teddy coat trend in 2013 when the designer presented a long brown fuzzy coat made of alpaca and mohair on the runway. Even 7 years later, it’s still hard to find the Max Mara Teddy Coat on sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, to be honest with you, Zara didn\u2019t start making this coat until the winter of 2018. Therefore if it wasn\u2019t being mass produced by Zara, it wasn\u2019t that big of a trend until now! Thankfully these days the coat is made in other colors too because if you\u2019re not a fan of tan, then the teddy coat is not for you! These days you\u2019ll find many Teddy coats in winter white as it’s trending for the season; and we don\u2019t see that trend going away.
