Founder of Sterling Style Academy and developer of the Sterling Color Quality System™ methodology.
I built this methodology through professional client work and formal color analysis training, then organized the principles into a clear, step-by-step evaluation process that professionals can apply consistently—both with colors and with people. The result is a modern, systematic approach that honors classic color theory while making it practical for real consultations.
What I love most is the flexibility. Students apply the method in the settings they actually work in: virtual sessions, in-person consultations, salon services, personal shopping, and group environments such as workshops or corporate seminars. Drapes are optional, but absolutely supported—many of our hairstylist students incorporate drapes in salon settings, and some professionals use drapes for workshops and seminars.
