After ten years in fashion and finance, Ms. Sterling founded Global Image Group to help men and women define and refine their image and style through wardrobe, communication and protocol skills. Ms. Sterling’s inside knowledge of the corporate world as an investment banker with Banc of America Securities and her affiliations with several fashion houses, gives her a unique insight and advantage in the fashion and image management consulting profession.
Ms. Sterling is a Certified Image Consultant through the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). Recognized Certified Image Masters of AICI formally trained Ms. Sterling in image, color, style, etiquette, communication and relationship management.
As the fashion and style expert on the Advisory Board of Men’s Fitness Magazine and a reputable professional speaker, Ms. Sterling is frequently asked to speak and write articles on fashion and image. The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, MSNBC, Fox News, Inside Edition, and several other local TV stations in the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York Metropolitan Area have called upon Ms. Sterling’s expertise. “Why choose frumpy when you can choose fabulous” is the mantra of Image Consultant and Home Decor Stylist, Ann Damon Reilly, VP of Training and Development for the Sterling Style Academy.
As an personal stylist, personal shopper and interior designer, Ann Damon Reilly combines her love of fashion and decorating to provide you with complete all-in-one services from your kitchen to your closet. Ann’s talents lie in placing a modern twist on classic looks from the boardroom to your living room. Ann’s goal is to provide men and women with a home environment that resonates with their inner and outer personal image to create ease, confidence, and cohesiveness between your personal and professional life.
With 13 years of experience as an entrepreneur, Ann infuses the students of the Sterling Style Academy with a positive, “can-do,” self-starting attitude while providing them with an understanding of the elements and principles of design as it relates to an outfit and to the home. She currently works with business executives to stay-at-home parents for business and social occasions. She was formally educated and certified as an image and style consultant with the Sterling Style Academy in San Francisco and New York.
Prior to becoming a mother and entrepreneur, Ann travelled extensively throughout the United States and internationally – giving her unique insight into various cultures and fashion styles. Ann majored in Fashion and Interior Merchandising at Oregon State University. She currently resides in the Northwest and trains students throughout the United States.

SUKI MATTU BROWN
“Personal style is not a fad, it’s a way of life” is the mantra of British Personal Stylist and Personal Shopper Suki Mattu Brown, training facilitator for Sterling Style Academy.
Known for her flair for style and fashion, Suki’s passion lies in assisting men and women to achieve success through their image and wardrobe. She believes that everyone has the potential of possessing their own unique sense of personal style and dedicates herself to assisting clients in developing their full potential.
With 15 years of experience running a family clothing boutique and textile business, and operating an apparel and accessories company in London, Suki has a firm footing within the fashion industry. Her international, globe-trotting sense of style contributes to her makeover successes – making her highly sought after by her clientele without breaking the bank. She was formally educated and certified as an image and style consultant with the Sterling Style Academy in San Francisco.
Suki attended Dartford College in Kent in the UK. She currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area and she trains students throughout the United States and United Kingdom.
SONYA BORBA
“Wear a work of art to be a work of art,” is the mantra of Personal Stylist Sonya Borba, training facilitator for Sterling Style Academy.
As a former production assistant in the entertainment industry, a fashion show and event coordinator for Nordstrom, and an expert on the Marc Jacobs collection, Sonya’s talents are sought after in the fashion, style, and celebrity image industry.
With 5 years of experience and her own unique personal flair, Sonya’s expertise lies in fashion, style and wardrobe. Sterling Style Academy trained Sonya on the elements of image and design, making her an ideal stylist for men and women. She is an authority on shopping and helps clients develop and maintain their personal style for social and professional occasions.
Sonya received a Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Cal State University, Fullerton. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California and trains students in the United States.
LEEAUNDRA TEMESCU, EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATION COACH
LeeAundra Temescu, training facilitator for Sterling Style Academy, is an executive communication coach specializing in public speaking, political rhetoric, effective business presentation training and executive presence.
She is the author of The Contrary Public Speaker: A Break-the-Rules Approach to Breakthrough Presentations and the forthcoming “POTUS Flubs: What Everybody Needs to Learn from the Ten Not-So-Greatest Moments of Presidential Rhetoric.” LeeAundra has over fifteen years experience in public speaking, coaching, and business and leadership dynamics.
As a nationally ranked public speaker and speechwriter, LeeAundra was a speechwriter and aide to former Under Secretary of State G. Mennen Williams and served in the Speakers Bureau in former Michigan Governor James Blanchard’s administration. She taught public speaking and interpersonal communications courses at Seton Hall University and developed and taught modules in public speaking, cross-cultural competency and business communications for Florida Atlantic University’s Executive MBA program. LeeAundra also spent five years as an officer with U. S. Trust Company of New York in Sales and Marketing.
As a leadership executive coach, LeeAundra worked with senior managers at Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Compaq, Intel and Sun Microsystems, as well as leading-edge companies such as Convizion and Open Channel Software.
