Founder and Training Director
Michelle T. Sterling is the founder and training director of Sterling Style Academy, bringing over 20 years of award-winning experience across retail, fashion, and image consulting. She has developed affiliations with luxury houses like Giorgio Armani and Cartier. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish from Wellesley College and is a former Certified Image Consultant, along with credentials from the Dale Carnegie Performance Training Program and the Protocol School of Washington. She has authored over 30 educational training books, DVDs, and CDs, and co-authored 'Success Simplified' with Stephen Covey. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Michelle is dedicated to cultivating the talents of aspiring image consultants worldwide, having trained alumni across more than 60 countries throughout her distinguished career.
